In private tax at PwC, you will focus on providing personalised tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses.

The Opportunity

As part of the Finance team you are expected to provide tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of PwC. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, as well as leading and collaborating with team members virtually.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting

6 years of experience

CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning

Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income, state tax credits

Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs

Leading teams and coaching others

Developing relationships within PwC and sharing planning ideas

Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions

Leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours

Thorough project management skills

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
