Job Description

We are supporting a leading financial services firm specializing in a comprehensive mortgage platform and integrated business focused on the production and servicing of U.S. mortgage loans, as well as managing investments related to the U.S. mortgage market.

The Administrative Assistant reports to the site leader and plays a key role in maintaining security and safety at the site. This position ensures employees, visitors, and third parties enter the premises in compliance with organizational security requirements. The role also serves as a floor warden, supporting emergency and safety protocols. When not focused on these core responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the site leader as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite support for security, working with Corporate Security to ensure proper credentialing for employees and visitors (including badge management and controls).

Monitor access points, including card readers, cameras, and other security devices.

Prepare and maintain security reports, such as badge usage reports.

Coordinate emergency and safety support as required.

Provide administrative assistance to the site leader within the scope of this role.

Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Prior experience in security (badging), facilities, project management, or real estate preferred.

CPR certification is a plus.

Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
