As a Security Officer in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage in routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide a visible security-related presence. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report security-related irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding incidents or security-related concerns.

Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor for compliance with site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
