3rd Shift CNC Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to work independently on 3rd shift in our precision machining facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously and producing high-quality parts from setup through completion.

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Overtime as needed

Training: 1 week on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC or manual machines

Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Maintain production and inspection records

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure quality standards and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machine operating experience

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

High school diploma or GED preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of UNION, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
