Job Title: EstimatorJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in take-offs and conceptual estimating, working closely with project managers and clients to deliver precise estimates.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear and concise estimates.

Utilize estimating software to generate estimates and manage bidding processes.

Review construction documents and perform take-offs to ensure comprehensive estimation.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator on commercial and industrial projects.

Strong proficiency in take-offs and conceptual estimating.

Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients.

Experience with estimating software and cost estimation processes.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment, where you will work with advanced estimating software and engage with a dynamic team. The position may require occasional site visits to better understand project requirements and conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
