The Construction Analyst III is responsible for providing oversight to field accounting and materials management for construction projects. The ability to collaborate with our company partners and resolve a range of straightforward problems are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Coordinates field construction accounting and materials management activities for all construction projects
Recruits, trains, oversees, and evaluates construction accountants and material specialists
Administers temporary construction offices and office equipment
Generates project reporting
Performs project closeouts
Collaborates with our business partners on project materials receipts and generates reconciliations
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High School diploma/GED, some college or Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of five (5) years' experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of eight (8) years' experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring others
Demonstrates construction accounting and materials management expertise
Solid understanding of accounting systems, Oracle, Powerplant
