Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $23 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Technician:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, conveyors, packaging lines, mixers, and other production equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and make necessary repairs

Conduct equipment changeovers and adjustments to support production schedules

Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and parts used

Follow safety and food quality standards (GMP, HACCP, and plant sanitation requirements)

Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored

Job requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and basic fabrication a plus

Understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
