As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol Driver in Greene, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation in every aspect of your role.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a visible presence.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and client representatives.

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
