Adecco is seeking experienced Warehouse Lead for a client in Victor, NY. Type of Position: Direct Hire Contract (6 month with the posibility of extension and moving into a permanent new position after the contract is completed)

Available Shifts:

1st Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F ($20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.)

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to meet productivity and accuracy goals

Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on procedures, equipment use, and safety standards

Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, cycle counts, and system updates

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and business deadlines

Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners

Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs

Communicate issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics to warehouse management

Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and basic administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of recent warehouse leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED?

Good communication and interpersonal skills?

Ability to read and interpret work instructions??
