Position: Store Manager

Location: Tomah, WI

Wage: $55k-65k/year

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Leading talent through hiring, onboarding, training, and development processes

Implementing and guiding all human resources objectives

Attracting talent through community networking and other recruitment practices

Retaining and developing employees through ongoing rewards, coaching, accountability, and training

Implementing business strategies in partnership with regional leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals

Managing change with effective communication, planning, and team preparation

Maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and in product production areas

What do you bring to the job?

5+ years of retail management experience preferably in operational management and talent development

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience

The ability to make quick and logical decisions

Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays

Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software

Excellent time management and prioritization skills
