As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with customers and staff, and provide outstanding service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards within the premises to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and being attentive to unusual behavior or activities.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and local authorities as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as per Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
