As an Administrative Assistant on our team in The Villages, FL, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You'll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance and travel itineraries. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. Valid Driver's License

At least 2 years of clerical, customer service or related experience

Proficient computer skills including (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)?

Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience supporting a team in engineering, construction or related industry
