MIG Welder - 1st or 2nd Shift - Paying up to $24/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder experienced in MIG or TIG welding to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work either the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or the 2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM in Salem, OH. You will be responsible for MIG welding on aluminum or steel, engaging in production welding as well as some fabrication shop welding, and interpreting blueprints.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on aluminum or steel.

Engage in production welding and some fabrication shop welding.

Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.

Set up welding machines based on job and welding procedure specifications.

Utilize robotic welders as needed.

Fit products to blueprint specifications.

Essential Skills

Experience in MIG or TIG welding, with a preference for aluminum.

Blueprint interpretation experience.

Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
