Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will: + Lead or support configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including managed packages like Litify, Box integration, S-Docs, and Conga, to meet business requirements within the legal and public sector domains. + Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RESTful Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and internal data systems. + Provide subject matter expertise in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring optimized service operations and sales process workflows. + Design and implement Legal Case Management and generalized Case Management solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices. + Serve as a key resource for cross-functional teams and business partners during discovery, solution design, testing, training, rollout, and support. + Create comprehensive solution documentation, process flows, integration guides, and user guides. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field + 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and/or development + 1+ years of experience with Litify, Box, S-Docs, Conga, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions + 1+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, particularly via REST APIs + 1+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features, customization, and administration + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Ability to travel 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
