Medical Scheduler*

Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Rate: $18-$20/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently using EPIC software.

Communicate with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow.

Verify patient demographics and insurance information during scheduling.

Manage appointment reminders and rescheduling requests.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and poise.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Support multiple departments by prioritizing urgent and routine scheduling needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Demonstrated experience using EPIC scheduling software is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an advantage.
