Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and mission-critical environments, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Manager 5, you will be part of the Operations Construction department supporting complex data center projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $77.52 - $85.27 per hour

What's the Job?

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Manage cross-functional teams and vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Develop and implement best practices to optimize project costs and efficiencies.

Coordinate project meetings, report progress, and facilitate decision-making processes.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, contractual obligations, and company policies throughout project execution.

What's Needed?

High School Qualification or equivalent with 6+ years' experience in datacenter construction or mission-critical environments, or an equivalent background.

4+ years' experience managing complex datacenter or mission-critical projects with cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of construction management, including cost, schedule, and safety management.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate independently and support data center operations effectively.
