As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Assist with access control procedures at the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.

Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and responding to client needs.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor security-related systems, such as cameras and alarms, and report any unusual activity or malfunctions.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
