As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Wilson, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence supports a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor the premises, entrances, and exits to support access control and help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized individuals.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual situations in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or emergency services as needed during incidents or drills.

Adapt to varying working environments and conditions based on the specific needs of the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and first aid are preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
