Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dumfries, Virginia. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support organizational operations through efficient administrative practices and coordination. The role requires a proactive individual who excels at managing schedules, overseeing projects, and handling travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain calendars to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.

Organize and oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries.

Support daily operational functions, contributing to the smooth running of all activities.

Review and evaluate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Facilitate conference calls and meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Assist in preparing and exporting-importing documents as needed.

Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and resolve challenges.

Maintain organized records and files for easy accessibility.

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and staff. Requirements - Proven experience in calendar management and administrative assistance.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Expertise in arranging travel and managing itineraries.

Familiarity with document preparation and review processes.

Proficiency in coordinating conference calls and virtual meetings.

Ability to manage export-import documentation with accuracy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
