Purpose We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to our project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient execution of daily project activities by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting project operations. Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.

Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and site visits.

Maintain accurate project files, permits, safety documentation, and compliance records.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to support timely information flow.

Manage data entry, filing systems, and document control processes in alignment with company standards.

Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives through documentation and record-keeping.

Provide general office support, including reception duties, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

What you will bring Education, Qualifications, and Skills

Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
