Description

We are looking for a dedicated remote Administrative Assistant to support key leadership activities within a forest conservation organization. This Contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to executive-level operations while honing your administrative expertise. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer, including managing a dynamic schedule of appointments, coordinating travel plans, and preparing for meetings.

Facilitate donor meeting preparations and briefings in collaboration with C-Suite executives.

Offer logistical and project-based assistance to the Administrative Leadership Team as required.

Organize and support communications and events for the organization's Ambassador Council.

Handle inbound calls, ensuring attention to detail and timely responses to inquiries.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and ensure organizational efficiency.

Assist with general receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.

Maintain a well-organized office environment, supporting daily operations and administrative tasks.

Travel twice per year for internal team events and trainings.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

Strong proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating travel plans.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry.

Experience handling inbound calls and delivering attentive customer service.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
