Responsibilities

The Human Resources Associate provides administrative record keeping and file maintenance support. They are responsible for assisting with analytics, reporting, project management and supporting the HR team. The Human Resources associate will help maintain the Human Resources Departments files keeping them up to date and organized for quick retrieval. This position provides collaboration on a broad range of cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Preferred experience includes prior work in Human Resources as either an administrative assistant, or file clerk. Familiarity with Human Resources documents

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $29.32. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
