JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our HFM MEDICAL CENTER facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 1 Schedule: Minimum of 1 weekend per month in acute care. Job Summary: Evaluates and treats all referred Physical Therapy patients according to physician orders. Home Care: Performs and supervises physical therapy programs in the homes of HFM Home Health Care clients. REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRENCES: Degree in Physical Therapy required. Wisconsin licensed Physical Therapist or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain Wisconsin license within 3 months of hire. At least one year experience in a medical setting preferred. Good communication skills required. CPR certification is required.
