Job Requirements
Leadership Calendar Ownership:?Maintain and manage the annual Energy HR and CTO leadership calendars, including business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and internal communication events.
Meeting & Event Management:?Coordinate all virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, minutes, and follow-up tracking.
Presentation Development:?Create polished and executive-ready presentations for business reviews, town halls, and strategy meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Communication Planning:?Own and execute the annual communication plan for the Energy BU HR VP and CTO, including key messages, cadence, and content coordination across platforms.
Executive & Team Support:?Provide comprehensive support to the VPs, including travel planning, expense reports, inbox monitoring, and internal approvals.
Leadership Team Integration:?Actively participate in HR and Engineering Leadership Team meetings, helping to document and drive follow-ups while fostering team cohesion.
Digital & AI Enablement:?Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to streamline administrative tasks and boost efficiency.
Office Management:?Act as the go-to point of contact for Managing Director duty coordination. Coordinate visitors, meeting space, and executive hosting protocols. Partner with local facilities teams for office-related operations, space planning, and service issues.
What your background should look like
5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a global organization supporting senior leadership.
Strong planning, communication, and content creation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Skilled in navigating fast-paced, matrixed environments with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional communication and executive messaging.
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support task automation and content development.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,400-$107,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
