Kelly® is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to provide key administrative support to our top client in Spring, Texas. Join their dynamic Admin Specialists Team, collaborating across Public & Government Affairs and corporate functions. This is an onsite, high-impact position serving a fast-paced, professional environment.

Location: Spring Campus, TX

Pay Rate: Up to $43 per hour (DOE)

Assignment Type: Long-term contract

Key Responsibilities

Provide both general and specialized administrative support within Public & Government Affairs.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate internal/external corporate, community engagement & volunteer events.

Prepare visitor badge access requests, catering orders, agendas, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Schedule and organize meetings for various teams.

Oversee budget stewardship:

Set up vendors

Process invoices & expense reports

Track/reconcile monthly ledger payments vs. planned budgets

Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, work orders, contracts

Provide real-time budget updates for leadership

Arrange logistics for high-level international visitors.

Maintain and update grant management systems; ensure documentation complies with audit protocols and internal policies.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting corporate, government, or nonprofit teams.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Hands-on experience with SmartSimple, Open Invoice, SAP, CyberGrants, ChromeRiver (highly preferred).

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
