Our team is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide contract support for a clinical group operating within a leading university setting in Connecticut. This is a dynamic role for individuals who thrive on organization, confidentiality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage complex schedules and calendars for clinical staff, including doctors. Communicate professionally with healthcare professionals and stakeholders via phone, email, and conference calls. Prepare and organize documentation for meetings and events. Accurately maintain records using Epic and other healthcare systems. Provide essential office support: filing, data entry, and document preparation. Collaborate with clinicians and staff to resolve administrative needs and improve processes. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external partners. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with the Epic application or similar healthcare systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all responsibilities.
