Description Position Overview We are seeking a Supply Chain / Operations Support detail oriented to assist with daily operational tasks and support the implementation of a barcoding system within a hospital environment. This role combines administrative duties with hands-on supply chain support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Assist with barcoding implementation and inventory organization Replace and maintain inventory labels Support storage organization and material movement throughout the facility Perform accurate data entry and documentation Support ERP-related tasks, primarily within Meditech Provide general operational support in collaboration with IT and supply chain teams Support a main supply room and multiple unit supply areas Required Qualifications Experience in operations, supply chain, hospital support, or similar roles Prior experience working with ERP systems (Meditech preferred) Strong data entry and organizational skills Ability to perform both desk-based and physical tasks Comfortable working in a hospital setting Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly Inventory or barcoding experience is a plus Soft Skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable following structured procedures Training & Support Full training provided for systems and workflows Additional Information Onsite role in a small-to-mid-sized hospital environment all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo background check and all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo drug screening required Vaccination requirements to be provided Requirements Required Skills & Experience Prior operations, supply chain, or hospital support experience Experience working with ERP systems (Meditech preferred) Strong data entry and organizational skills Ability to balance administrative tasks with physical work Comfortable working in a hospital environment (~100-bed facility) TalentMatch®
