AP CLERK - Weekly Pay 22 - Start Next WEEK

Description

Invoice Processing: Receive, review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.

Payment Management: Prepare, schedule, and process payments (checks, ACH, wires) and manage vendor disbursements.

Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, clarify terms, and answer queries.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable sub-ledgers.

Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter financial data and generate AP reports.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure transactions follow financial policies and maintain organized records.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
