Following a property-wide renovation, The Diplomat enters its next era-transitioning into Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. The Food and Beverage team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination.

We are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to lead operations at the newly reimagined Hotel Bar. The Hotel Bar offers a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere, featuring classic cocktails, small bites with a Florida twist, and live music on weekends. Looking foran experienced hospitality leader with a passion for mixology, exceptional guest service, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team in a luxury bar and lounge setting.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the Hotel Bar in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.

Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.

Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.

Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
