Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies for our organization. This contract position is based in New York, New York, and requires someone with a keen ability to drive marketing initiatives, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in creating innovative marketing plans, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering results that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Allocate budgets and resources efficiently to maximize marketing impact while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate the creation and regular updating of a marketing events calendar to optimize campaign planning.

Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Design and oversee the development of marketing materials such as newsletters, videos, social media content, and digital tools.

Monitor industry trends, audience demographics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements - A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven expertise in brand marketing, marketing strategy, and crafting effective marketing plans.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly.

Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
