The Account Management team will work post-sale to cultivate senior-level relationships, provide programmatic, social, and email consultation, and ensure our clients are wildly successful on the marketing initiatives they're running across the operating system.
Role:
The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day client relationship owner for platform clients, ensuring their success through strategic guidance, proactive performance management, and seamless execution. This role blends deep platform expertise with consultative client management, helping clients maximize the value of their campaigns while understanding the entire digital advertising ecosystem. The team ensures clients receive best-in-class service, strategic recommendations, and audience targeting strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management & Advocacy: Act asaprimary point of contact for clients, building strong partnerships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication.Work closely withsalesteam toanticipateclient needs, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities before they escalate.
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with Programmatic Traders to design and execute campaigns aligned with client KPI's,leveragingplatform capabilities to drive performance. Translate client goals into actionable media strategies that maximize ROI and efficiency.
Performance Insights & Optimization: Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data,identifyingtrends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities. Provide proactive recommendations and data-backed insights that empower clients to refine their strategies.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with traders, Product, and Engineering teams totroubleshoot issues, enhance capabilities, and advocate for feature improvements based on client feedback. Ensure flawless execution of campaigns by bridging the gap between client expectations and platform capabilities.
Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor by educating clients on evolving ad tech trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities.Represent inclient meetings, QBRs, and industry events, positioning the platform as a market leader.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degreerequired.
Four(4) years' experience required building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target.
Programmatic Strategy Expertise: Proven experience building andoptimizingomnichanneldigitalcampaigns using platform insights and data.
Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, agencies, and publishers; able to translate complexmediastrategies into clear, actionable plans.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead programmatic strategy development andimplementation, acting as the go-to resource for internal teams and external partners.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at engaging with trading teams and navigating platforms to align execution with strategic goals.
Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook preferred.
Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of agencyand/or publishermedia planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV preferred.
Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects.
Proficiencyin breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions.
Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,500.00 - $124,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
