Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations.
The Manager is responsible to collaborate with the Quality, Risk and safety leaders/specialists to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. The Manager will assist these areas in analyzing clinical processes, identify potential risks for patients and develop strategies to maximize safety, effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Upon hire: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation), or must obtain within 1 year of hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
3 years experience in an acute care facility.
2 years experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.
Patient experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
