Pay Range: $19.50 - $22.50 hourly DOE

Shift: DAY - 7:00 am to 3:30pm

Location: Vancouver, WA

Purpose of the Position:

Provide administrative support for warehouse operations and connected departments of Farwest Steel. Process data and provide all necessary information and documentation to ensure on time delivery. ??

Major Duties:

Batch packaging with attention to detail

Main point of contact for stock adjustments and batch requests

Data entry of machine performance

Enter and track scrap orders in Oracle

Research and problem for Operations, Sales, and Planning departments.

Process customer returns in Oracle

Work closely with Shipping for updates on returns requiring pick-up

Use time management concepts to maximize resources.?

Batch unpackaging in preparation for audits.

Assists in scanning, filing, auditing, data entry, and department projects.

Communicate professionally with the Operations, Shipping and Sales departments to provide the best service to our customers and Farwest team

General office duties such as stocking office supplies; maintaining paper, toner, and ink in the admin and shared photocopiers; and keeping the supply room clean.

Other tasks as assigned. ?

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.?

Perform good judgment skills and full circle critical thinking.

Customer service and results driven.

Accurate data entry is required, speed preferred.

Oracle experience is preferred.

Microsoft Office and experience with other software applications preferred.?

Great attitude; ability to work well with others and to follow instructions.??

Communicate and write effectively

Follow work rules not limited to: time clock integrity, accountability, attendance, respect, and following processes as set by Farwest Steel required.
