Job Title: Field Project Manager

Location: Pryor, OK

Contract: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $47-$51 per hour

Experience: 5-10 years (Construction Project Management only; No Telecom/IT)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to join our team in Pryor, OK. This key position manages, develops, and implements construction projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, leveraging their strong communication skills, ability to excel in fast-paced environments, and exceptional organization.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Successfully manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Organized: Develop comprehensive plans, track progress, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to set project performance goals.

Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track progress.

Identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues.

Monitor and communicate project status and updates to the project team and stakeholders.

Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis as needed.

Provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

Assess and manage project risks, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies.

Document and share learnings with other teams, drawing on previous project experiences to enhance success.

Maintain comprehensive project notes, databases, and records.

Assign resources to accomplish project tasks and coach team members through all project phases.

Provide developmental feedback and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

5-10 years of field project management experience in construction (no Telecom/IT).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience managing budgets and project timelines.

Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and lead teams to successful outcomes.

Available to work onsite in Pryor, OK, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
