As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Specialist in Edgerton, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the facility.

Communicate with site staff and visitors to provide assistance and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Document and report all security-related incidents and activities as required by site procedures.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
