Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Office Manager:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and teams

Handle incoming communications including mail, email, and phone callsProcess invoices, expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Accounting experience

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must HOA experience

Background Check and drug test required
