Join our team as a Mechanical Project Manager, where you'll oversee large-scale, high-impact projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You'll Do

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Manage scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate resources across internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.

Identify and mitigate risks before they impact timelines or budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.

Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

Drive cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and contract management.

Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Resolve high-level challenges and maintain client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven expertise in mechanical systems and project management.

Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or similar project management tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

A track record of managing complex mechanical projects with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rensselaer, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution, Life insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k) with company contribution, Profit sharing, and Paid Time Off (PTO)

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Rensselaer,NY.
