Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a team of experienced, driven Technical Product Manager to join an established health technology company sitting San Jose, CA or Austin, TX. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our internal customers & stakeholders and their business requirements to guide product development.

· Ability to vibe code and create working proto@types of business requirements and features requested by the customers.

· Create detailed roadmaps, prioritize rigorously, and communicate trade-offs internally.

· Drive software projects, ranging from high-risk to complex, from design to successful rollout.

· Work closely with UI/UX designers and conduct user research to ensure user-centric product development.

· Identify and fix process gaps around the execution, roll-out, and ongoing support of software projects.

· Build relationships with AI engineers, data scientists, and software engineers across the organization.

· Support and empower the product teams, ensuring our applications and integrations consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

· Display strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, articulating our track record and success strategy.

Skills and Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience.

· Basic programming skills to vibe code and create working proto@types.

· 4+ years of experience in Product Management.

· Experience in managing product development in SaaS software, data platforms, healthcare technology, or healthcare analytics companies.

· Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

· Ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.

· Experience in conducting user research and working closely with UI/UX designers.

· Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
