As a Security Officer - Bank Lobby Desk in Simsbury, CT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and assisting visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.

Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal management and/or client contacts.

Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
