Job Description

Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage the loan portfolio and Business Banking relationships.

They contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis.

Manage credit quality within the team's credit portfolio.

Provide guidance to customers.

Identify and successfully capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships.

Manage credit risk and respond to prospect and business banking client credit questions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to eight years of Business Banking experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship

Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure

Demonstrated understanding of complex financial accounting and analysis

Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Location

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there is an expectation to work onsite or be with customers three or more days a week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
