Job Description

The Data Entry Associate will play a vital role within the hospital, responsible for visiting various departments to collect lab boxes and completing necessary paperwork. The associate will gather lab boxes, accurately input collected information into the computer system, and ensure the safe return of the lab boxes to the main hospital office.

Responsibilities

Visit hospital departments to collect lab boxes.

Complete necessary paperwork accurately.

Enter collected information into the computer system.

Return lab boxes to the main hospital office.

Essential Skills

Proficient in data entry.

Strong customer service skills.

Attention to detail.

Basic typing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required to become a full-time employee.

Must be computer savvy.

Ability to utilize handheld devices.

Work Environment

The position is based in a major hospital with opportunities for upward growth within the organization. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating weekend shifts up to twice a month. Employees working weekends will typically receive a Tuesday or Wednesday off, unless they opt for overtime. The dress code requires comfortable clothes and shoes as the role involves being on feet frequently. Ensure clothing is free from rips or excessive wear.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
