Job Title: Material Handler Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for staging and kitting material for the production line. You will pull parts directly from the production's build plan and prepare them for the assembly line. This role involves pulling orders by hand, assisting with final products, and moving them to the shipping area. You will also operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and heavy items. Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential.

Essential Skills

General labor skills.

Experience in warehouse packing and inventory.

Material handling expertise.

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Proficiency in picking orders.

Forklift operation skills.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work overtime regularly.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse department located at the Fleetwood machine shop. The area is not large and tends to be very hot, with fans blowing to maintain airflow.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
