Job DescriptionOur client, the design organization of a global CPG company, is seeking organized and proactive freelance Brand Project Managers to join their team for the next 6 months, with the potential to extend, starting in early January.This role requires you to be onsite 3 days per week in the lower Manhattan office.In this role, the Brand Project Managers will support brand-level initiatives across multiple design and marketing projects. This role will act as a bridge between creativity and execution, ensuring projects run smoothly, teams stay aligned, and deliverables meet deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and brings strong communication and administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:Project CoordinationSupport planning, timelines, and milestone tracking for brand-specific projects and campaigns.Partner with Design Leads and Marketing teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered on time.Maintain accurate tracking of project status, deliverables, and dependencies using Monday.com or similar tools.Meeting ManagementAttend brand-level meetings, take detailed notes, synthesize key points, and share actionable summaries with relevant teams.Follow up on meeting outcomes and ensure next steps are documented and communicated.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a connector between Design, Marketing, Legal, and external agency partners to ensure alignment.Collaborate with Design Operations on reporting, ROI metrics, and dashboards.Manage processes for internal/external content platforms and design recognition initiatives.Budget & OperationsAssist with vendor POs, and contracts (MSA/NDA/SOW/WFH) in coordination with Finance.Track and reconcile expenses; provide regular budget updates to leadership.Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements across workflows.Creative EnablementSupport internal creative communications by sharing project updates, case studies, and wins.Administrative SupportPerform general administrative duties including scheduling, document management, and agenda planning for team socials.Manage onboarding processes for agencies and contractors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.2-4 years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or design coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in dynamic environments.Excellent communicator clear, concise, and proactive across all levels.Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management systems, and project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com).Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with curiosity to learn.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
