Job Detail

TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY

1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm - Pay Rate $24.20/hour

Daily Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical components to industry standards

Identify and repair mechanical assembly issues

Complete work orders accurately

Inspect products and document operations for quality assurance

Use microscopes for precision assembly tasks

Assist with stock room, shipping, receiving, and product validation as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

2+ years' experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing assembly (preferred)

Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments

Knowledge of FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO quality standards

Skilled use of microscopes, strong manual dexterity, and good eyesight

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented attitude

High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in math and language
