Machine Operator - Warwick, RI

Pay: $20.48 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

About the Role:

Join a leading manufacturer of metal joining products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting efficient workflow throughout the plant.

Responsibilities:

Set up, and operate assigned machines safely and follow all procedures

Prioritize tasks based on production schedules and supervisor input

Accurately follow work instructions and process sheets

Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, rulers, and scales

Record process data and maintain product traceability

Conduct visual inspections to identify defects

Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Use hand tools and hoists for material handling

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver heavier loads with hoists

Cross-train and operate additional machines as needed

Overtime may be required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

Ability to read and interpret routings and shop orders

This is a Contract position based out of Warwick, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.48 - $20.48/hr.
