As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are seeking a proactive and professional Duty Manager committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Welcome to Central Hotel Doha, where comfort, convenience, and understated elegance converge in the heart of the city. Ideally located on Airport Road, just minutes from Hamad International Airport, the hotel offers easy access to Doha's cultural highlights, including Souq Waqif, the Museum of Islamic Art, and the iconic Doha Corniche.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Oversee daily operations across departments during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of service.

Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and resolving operational issues promptly.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.

Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain communication with management regarding operational updates, incidents, and staff performance.

Assist in staff training and development as needed to uphold service excellence.

Ensure all operational reports and logs are accurately maintained.

What we need from you

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality or related field.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of hotel operations, front office systems, and health & safety standards is preferred.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
