As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Lewisville, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate concerns and/or incidents as they arise.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Assist with the enforcement of company rules and regulations to help to maintain order within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
