Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

Pull broaching / Pull broaching
Setup and operate a vertical slotting machine to create keyways
Operate keyway broaching machines to produce precision components.
Setup and operate Bridgeport and Lagun conventional milling machines to drill and tap set screws
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate a forklift to load and unload material.
Other tasks/functions/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a machinist, specifically with broaching machines.
Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
