Job Description:
Rite-HiteSales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will beresponsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing newproducts to the territory.
Required Experience:
Rite-Hitesells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.

The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $81,600.00-$122,475.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
