Description We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Watsonville, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of data and orders within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while building your attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities:

Input and update order information in the system with precision and attention to detail.

Edit, adjust, and manage orders to reflect changes or updates as needed.

Ensure accuracy in warehouse assignments for order processing.

Collaborate with the sales team to handle administrative tasks and support their operations.

Maintain a high level of focus to avoid errors in data entry processes.

Utilize order management software and ERP solutions to streamline workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or system-related issues.

Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify and verify information.

Work within an office setting, providing consistent support to the sales team. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.

Proficiency in using order management software and ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information accurately.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Reliable and organized with a proactive approach to tasks.

Familiarity with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
